1. New Pet?

It's an exciting, sometimes chaotic time when a new puppy or kitten comes to live with you!  And it can be even more exciting when an adopted older pet joins your household.  In any case, your new four-legged family member needs to see a veterinarian right away to assess his or her general health and to determine whether vaccinations, tests, deworming or other procedures are in order.

Please call the Gentle Doctor location most convenient to you to set up your pet's initial appointment. We will likely ask you to bring a stool sample, if you can collect one, which will allow us to test your pet for worms.

Please click here to fill out our New Patient Form in advance of your appointment. It will save you and your pet time and allow you to get in to see your veterinarian more swiftly.
